Payments:

An initial advance payment is required to confirm bookings for all contracted services. The remaining amount may be settled either before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of services. The management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining until the service starts.

For certain occasions like Special Train Journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is mandatory in advance.

Method of Payment:

Overseas advance payments can be made via Wire Transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of tour/travel service cancellations due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, written notification is required. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive written advice, as follows:

45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
48 hours before arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellations will be acknowledged on every working day, except for Sundays. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the following working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, the payment is non-refundable.

If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be limited, dependent on the recoverable amount from hoteliers/contractors we engage. No responsibility is taken for unused hotel accommodation, contracted transportation, missed meals, etc., and no refund will be issued.

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation:

All wildlife safaris booked into Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are nonrefundable. Even date change requests will be treated as cancellations with no refund or change allowed.

Our Liabilities and Limitations:

Please note that after the completion of the Tour/service Cost, any increase in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees by the Government of India will be charged additionally.

callus24x7support acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing various services. All transactions, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to provide a general idea of the possible trip plan. Various factors like weather, road conditions, participants' physical fitness, etc., may necessitate itinerary changes before or during the tour. We reserve the right to alter any schedule for the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of the tour participants.

Our rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to modify rates without notice. In the case of such changes, quoted rates before the modification may be adjusted by us according to the alterations made by hotels or airlines. Hotel bookings are subject to the standard check-in and check-out times unless specified in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays and changes in the program or costs incurred—directly or indirectly—due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, transport breakdowns, weather conditions, illness, landslides, political closures, or any unforeseen incidents.

We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting—directly or indirectly—from acts of God, hazards, fires, accidents, equipment breakdowns, transport breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering costs for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Guests are advised to seek such insurance policies in their home country. All baggage and personal property are always at the customer's risk.

Note: We will not be responsible for any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
